Terms & Conditions

  • It is the responsibility of the client to keep the usernames and passwords confidential as specified in terms of this contract.
  • WIRED.TECH does not take responsibility for any domains and domain e-mail addresses hosted with other Internet Service Providers.
  • On acceptance of the installation quotation a 50% deposit must be paid before installation can begin. The balance will be payable when the installation is done.
  • One calendar month’s notice is required in order to terminate the contract. A pro rata refund will be paid for equipment after de-installation.
    • In case the client wants to keep the equipment, no Refund will be given.
    • The Equipment remains the property of Wired.tech until paid in full.
  • If the client purchases all equipment, WIRED.TECH cannot be held responsible for any damage to equipment, malfunction or resulting losses.
    • All products carry a one year warrantee but exclude negligence, maliciousness and natural disasters.
  • All rentals will include the basics of a wireless router, standard dish, 1hour labour, 1 shielded cable from dish to router, 3m pole and bracket. Any additional requirements will be charged accordingly, seperatly. Rentals require a R1000 deposit, term for rental is 36 months.
  • It’s the clients responsibility to test the system regularly and to phone the support desk if problems are experienced, most problems can be resolved telephonically. If a problem cannot be resolved telephonically a call out fee will be charged.
    • Any teamviewer support will be charged accordingly
    • Call outs and remote support are not included in the monthly fee.
  • I/we indemnify WIRED.TECH against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from being done in connection with the service being rendered and or the removal of the service.
  • Although everything possible is done to ensure uninterrupted service, due to maintenance and unforeseen events, WIRED.TECH cannot be held responsible for any disruptions of the service. All disruptions will be repaired.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a connection temporarily if found that SPAM or virus related information originate from the connection.
    • You will be informed and the connection will be restored after the problem has been solved.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a connection PERMANENTLY if the connection is used to download illegal material.
  • If Connection is unpaid for a period of 2 months, Internet Equipment will be Uninstalled from the clients Premises and Contract Terminated.
